Changing the email and password can be done directly from the software.

How to Change your Email?

Changing the email from the software is an easy way to transfer ownership from one user to another. If you wish to change the account holder, you can do so by following the steps below. 

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Change Email

  3. Type the new email, and select "Change Email".

NoteIt will log you out, and you need to log back in using the new email address.


How to Change your Password?

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Change Password

  3. Add the new password and select "Change Password" to confirm.

NoteAfter you change your password, it will automatically log you out from Kennected. Enter the new password to log back in.
