Create, Assign and Remove Tags

Prospects in your inbox can be assigned tags to group them in any desired way. This guide provides instructions on how to use said tags.


Create, Assign and Remove Tags

In order to set up or remove tags on specific conversations or users, follow the steps listed in the guide below.

Create and Assign a Tag

  1. Sort your Inbox

  2. Look for the name of your prospect, and then click on it and the conversation will populate in the middle of your screen. On the right hand side look for Tags

  3. Create and type the name for your Tag on the blank field, then click on the "Save and Assign" button. Congratulations, you have successfully assigned a tag!

  4. Refresh the page to make sure that the newly created tag appears in the dropdown menu

Remove Tags

You can remove tags from the prospect by clicking on the "x" beside on the tag beside its name.



 

Once you create a tag, you cannot delete it from the Kennected Software, though you can keep reassigning this tag to other prospects.
